1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: For all orders $99 and over within the contiguous USA.
- FLAT RATE SHIPPING: A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders under $99.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent carrier. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Cold Chain Shipping
To ensure the quality and safety of our wet food products, all orders are shipped in insulated boxes with medical-grade ice packs to maintain a safe temperature during transit.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
6. Order Tracking & Issues

7. Damaged During Shipping?
If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the box and the contents and email us right away at sales16@dwvet.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
